I Don't Have Enough Faith to Be an Atheist

Authors:
Norman L Geisler
Frank Turek

Class Facilitators:
Eric Ashton (Professor of Chemical Engineering at UI)
Pastor Dan Bailey

Christianity is not only more reasonable than all other belief systems but is indeed more rational than unbelief itself. We will be going through some of the traditional, tested arguments for the existence of a creator God. We will move into an examination of the source of morality and the reliability of the New Testament accounts concerning Jesus including a detailed investigation of the claims of Christ. This class is perfect for the skeptical about Christianity, as well as a helpful resource for Christians seeking to articulate a more sophisticated defense of their faith.

Topics Include:

Can we handle the truth?
Why should anyone believe anything at all?
How did the universe really begin?
How did life begin? Natural law or Divine law?
Is God real or are we just gullible?
Is there evidence for Jesus Christ?
Did Jesus really rise from the dead?
Is the Bible reliable?
If God, why evil?
 And many more!
